Job Overview
We are looking for dependable installers to assist with installing epoxy flooring and traffic coating systems in commercial and industrial settings. This role includes surface preparation, mixing and applying coatings, moving materials, and helping maintain a clean and safe job site.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with concrete surface prep (grinding, cleaning, repairs)
- Mix and apply epoxy and traffic coatings
- Load/unload materials and equipment
- Operate basic tools and assist installers
- Follow safety procedures and job site instructions
Requirements:
- Construction experience preferred but not required
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical work
- Valid drivers license and reliable transportation
- English or bi-lingual speaking
- Ability to work individually as well as part of a team
Pay: From $22.00 per hour
