You're a great fit if you
- Hold an active SC real estate license (1–4 years)
- Have completed 1–6 closings in the past 12 months
- Are currently at a flat-fee or large impersonal brokerage with little support
- Want consistent leads, real coaching, and a team culture not just a desk and a split
- Are coachable, process-driven, and ready to follow a proven system
- Have a strong local network you haven't fully leveraged yet
