Who We’re Looking Certified CDJR Technician
- CDJR certification or strong experience with FCA brands
- Proficient in diagnostics, warranty, internal and customer-pay repairs
- Effective communicator who collaborates well with advisors
Shop Foreman
- Proven leadership experience in a dealership or high-volume service environment
- Skilled in managing workflow, quality control, and technician mentorship
- CDJR technical expertise preferred
- Organized and goal-driven
Job Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair vehicles according to factory and dealership standards
- Clearly document and communicate required repairs to service advisors
- Conduct quality road tests across a range of vehicle types
- For Foreman: oversee day-to-day operations, scheduling, and team performance
- Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient work environment
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of automotive service experience (dealership preferred)
- ASE certifications and CDJR factory training a plus
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Strong diagnostic abilities across OEM and aftermarket vehicles
- Team-focused, professional, and customer-oriented
Compensation & Benefits
- Hourly pay: $30–60/hr (based on experience and certifications)
- Opportunity to earn $120K+ for top performers
