Job Summary

Duties
- Lead and supervise all hotel departments, including front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance, ensuring seamless coordination and exceptional service delivery
- Develop and implement strategic plans to maximize revenue, occupancy rates, and profitability through effective revenue management techniques
- Manage hospitality operations budgets, monitor financial performance, and control costs to meet financial targets
- Oversee human resources functions such as hiring, training, performance evaluations, and staff development to build a motivated and high-performing team
- Ensure outstanding guest relations by addressing guest inquiries and resolving issues promptly with a focus on customer service excellence
- Maintain compliance with safety regulations, hotel policies, and industry standards while fostering a positive work environment
- Oversee night audit procedures and manage multi-line phone systems with professional phone etiquette to ensure efficient communication
Requirements
- Proven experience in hotel management or hospitality management roles with supervising experience in managing teams within a resort or hotel setting
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate staff and manage diverse teams effectively
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction and guest relations
- Knowledge of revenue management strategies, budgeting, financial operations, and managing hospitality operations budgets
- Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse guests effectively
- Familiarity with front desk operations, night audit processes, multi-line phone systems, and phone etiquette
- Experience in managing human resources functions within the hospitality industry including hiring, training, and performance management
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in overseeing hotel services such as guest services and resort amenities
- Hospitality background with extensive hotel experience preferred
