Position: Store General Manager
Compensation: $45,000+ DOE Annually + Monthly Bonus
Schedule: Full-Time
Location: Grand Ave. Town Pump

What You'll Do:
In this role, you’ll lead all aspects of store operations, including customer service, team development, and overall store performance. Duties include supervising and training staff, managing inventory and merchandising, overseeing store finances and reporting, maintaining store appearance and safety, and ensuring company policies and procedures are followed. You’ll also be responsible for controlling expenses, driving sales growth, monitoring promotions and competitors, and creating a positive, team-focused work environment.
