We are looking for an experienced, reliable forklift operator to join our team. This is a full-time, year-round position with steady hours and weekends off.
This is a very important role in our operation. The forklift operator helps keep production moving, loads and unloads trailers, and ensures loads are secured safely and efficiently.
Job Duties:
- Operate forklifts to load, unload, stack, and move pallets
- Load trailers safely and efficiently
- Throw straps over loads and properly secure shipments
- Occasionally get off the forklift to move pallets manually or assist in the yard
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Work closely with the production team to keep workflow moving
Requirements:
- Prior forklift experience required
- Must be able to repeatedly lift and move materials throughout the day
- Must be physically able to throw straps over loads
- Strong focus on safety and awareness
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable attendance and punctuality are required
- Able to work well as part of a team
Schedule:
- 40–50 hours per week
- Monday – Friday
- Weekends off
