- After 90-period, Live-in option available, rent and utilities paid, medical benefits are a part of compensation in addition to a salary.

What we need from you:
- To assist in turning apartments from move-out to move-in,
- To monitor and repair problems as they happen.
- To replace appliances and fixtures as needed.
- Observe and maintain grounds and buildings.
- Maintain open communication with management and clients to provide feedback on maintenance needs.
- Direct and perform snow removal and mitigation when needed.
- To perform light home repair tasks.
