We are seeking a highly motivated, innovative and enthusiastic staff member to join our Benefits and Community Support Division as an Administrative Specialist I/II.
We are seeking an Administrative Specialist to provide operational and clerical support to our Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (TANF) and Employment First (EF) case management teams. In this role, you will interact directly with clients, perform data entry into the Colorado Benefits Management System (CBMS), and review state reports. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include processing participant documentation, tracking program compliance data, and directly supporting our Employment First and TANF case managers. The ideal candidate possesses exceptional organizational skills, thrives in a fast-paced human services environment, and is dedicated to helping our case managers guide families toward self-sufficiency.

This position is a hybrid position and will require at least one day/week in the office. You will be required to have adequate internet access and space for remote work. Larimer County provides a one-time remote work stipend to assist with equipment and office supply needs for remote workspaces. What you'll be doing:

Supporting Case Management Teams: Provide daily administrative, operational, and clerical support support to both our TANF and employment first (EF) case mangers.

Engaging with clients: Act as a point of contact, interacting directly with participants to assist them through their program journey.

Managing Program Data: Perform accurate and timely data entry into the Colorado Management System (CBMS).

Reviewing State Reports: Monitor and analyze state-issued reports to ensure data integrity and alignment with program guidelines.

Tracking documentation and compliance: Process incoming participant paperwork and track program compliance data to keep files accurate and up to date
