A full-time contract position is available in Chesterfield, SC, providing speech-language therapy services within school settings. The role involves working with students from pre-kindergarten through 12th grade, covering a diverse range of ability levels across multiple attendance areas including Pageland, Chesterfield, Cheraw, Jefferson, and McBee.
Responsibilities include conducting speech and language screenings and evaluations, developing Individualized Education Programs (IEPs), and offering consultation services to support student communication needs. The position requires collaboration with educational staff to implement effective therapy plans and ensure progress monitoring.
Qualifications and experience sought:
- Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP)
- Completion of Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
- Familiarity with telespeech therapy modalities within school environments
- Experience providing SLP services in school settings across a range of student ages and abilities
- Ability to manage caseloads effectively and maintain detailed documentation
This position is scheduled to begin on July 22, 2026, and conclude on May 28, 2027, with a full-time commitment of 37-40 hours per week, five days a week. The opportunity allows for delivering impactful therapeutic services to students in multiple school communities.
