Duties
- Greet customers warmly and assist them with their shopping needs.
- Provide product demonstrations and educate customers about product features.
- Utilize retail math to assist customers with inquiries regarding pricing and promotions.
- Operate cash registers and handle cash transactions accurately.
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, ensuring products are well-displayed.
- Process returns and exchanges in accordance with store policies.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Stay informed about current promotions, products, and services offered by the store.
Skills
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse customers.
- Proficiency in retail math to assist with pricing and inventory management.
- Experience in cash handling and operating a POS system.
- Ability to sell products by understanding customer needs and providing tailored recommendations.
- Familiarity with product demos to engage customers effectively.
- Bilingual skills are a plus, enhancing communication with a broader customer base.
- Previous experience in retail sales is preferred but not required.
