Overview:
We’re hiring a full-time Executive Assistant / Client Services Associate to support our leadership team. The role starts with shadowing with Chief Marketing Strategist to manage daily schedules, client meetings, and follow-ups. Over time, you’ll be cross-trained into our Client Services team — taking ownership of ongoing client relationships and helping manage accounts directly.
Responsibilities:
- Scheduling, attending, and following up on client meetings.
- Learn company-wide client service processes during the first 90 days.
- After training, take ownership of assigned clients as a Client Services Associate — managing communications, tracking deliverables, and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with my Account Coordinator and other team members to balance workload between new business (sales) and current accounts (service).
- Grow into an Account Executive role — representing the company in meetings, handling client issues, and supporting company-wide operations.
Requirements:
- Local to West Hollywood / able to commute daily to West Hollywood offices and client sites.
- Minimum 2 years experience as an Executive Assistant, Account Executive, or Client Coordinator.
- Comfortable attending client-facing meetings and representing senior leadership.
- Excellent written & verbal communication. Strong attention to detail.
- Able to work full-time (~40 hrs/week); flexible hours when client meetings require.
- Reliable transportation or ability to reach West Hollywood on short notice.
- Proficiency with Google Workspace / Outlook; familiarity with calendar management tools.
- Comfortable learning CRM tools (we use simple CRMs / project trackers).

Pay: $22.00 - $32.00 per hour
