Are you a naturally welcoming person who gets energized by creating exceptional guest experiences? We're looking for a Front Desk Agent to join our dynamic team and help shape smooth, unforgettable stays from check-in to check-out.
From greeting guests with genuine warmth to managing reservations and troubleshooting unexpected room or travel hitches, you’ll be the face of our property. If you thrive in fast-paced hospitality environments, love connecting with people from all walks of life, and want to make every guest feel valued, let's talk.
What You'll Actually Do
- Own the Guest Experience – Greet guests warmly, handle check-ins and check-outs efficiently, and provide a flawless first and last impression.
- Manage Reservations – Process bookings, room assignments, cancellations, and upgrades accurately using our Property Management System (PMS).
- Solve Problems – Think on your feet when booking discrepancies arise, room preferences need adjusting, or guests need real-time assistance.
- Be a Local Guide – Share expert recommendations on local dining, attractions, transportation, and hidden gems to enhance the guest experience.
- Handle Details – Secure payment methods, process transactions, verify guest IDs, and maintain precise cash drawer and billing balances.
- Coordinate Logistics – Communicate fluidly with housekeeping, maintenance, and management teams to ensure rooms are pristine and ready on time.
- Maintain Standards – Keep the lobby and reception area organized, welcoming, and beautifully presented at all times.
Who We're Looking For
Required:

- Exceptional communication skills—you carry yourself with professionalism, patience, and a warm, approachable demeanor.
- Strong multitasking abilities—you can answer a ringing phone, handle a guest request, and update a system profile without losing your cool.
- A natural problem-solver mentality—you listen actively to concerns and resolve them with grace and speed.
- Tech-savvy—comfortable learning modern front desk software, processing digital keys, and navigating reservation platforms.
- Flexibility—comfortable working a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays (when hospitality shines brightest!).
Nice-to-Have:
- Prior experience using standard Property Management Systems (Opera, Cloudbeds, WebRezPro, etc.).
- Background in upscale hospitality, boutique hotels, or high-volume resorts.
- Bilingual skills are a major asset in connecting with our diverse global guests.

The Perfect Fit
We want someone who is genuinely passionate about hospitality—not just checking people into rooms, but making them feel genuinely welcome and at home. You notice the small details, you take pride in turning a guest’s stressful travel day around, and you bring positive energy to every single shift.
