Arctic Air is seeking an experienced Regional HVAC Sales Manager to lead, coach, and develop residential HVAC sales teams across multiple locations. This leadership position is responsible for driving profitable revenue growth by improving sales performance, increasing average ticket, standardizing best practices, and ensuring exceptional customer experience. The Regional HVAC Sales Manager will lead and develop Comfort Advisors and Sales Team Leads while partnering closely with Operations, Marketing, Call Center, Finance, and General Managers. This position requires frequent travel between branch locations (up to 50%).
What You'll Do
· Lead residential HVAC sales teams across multiple branches and drive profitable revenue growth.
· Develop and execute regional sales strategies, and establish annual, quarterly, monthly, and weekly sales goals.
· Hold sales teams accountable to KPIs and conduct weekly one-on-one coaching sessions.
· Ride along with Comfort Advisors to evaluate and improve performance.
· Standardize the sales process across all locations, including consistent presentation of financing options and closing techniques.
· Improve closing ratios and average ticket, and increase IAQ, accessory, and maintenance agreement attachment rates.
· Recruit, hire, onboard, and retain top-performing sales professionals; build career paths and leadership succession plans.
· Partner with Operations, Marketing, Call Center, Dispatch, Finance, and Human Resources to achieve company growth objectives.
Qualifications
· 5+ years of residential HVAC sales leadership experience.
· Experience managing multiple branches or regions a plus.
· Proven success leading teams exceeding $25 million in annual residential replacement sales.
· Strong understanding of residential HVAC systems, sales psychology, financing, and gross margin management.
· Strong analytical and coaching skills.
· Experience with CRM and field service software; ServiceTitan experience preferred.
· Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
