We’re looking for a proactive, detail-oriented Office Administrator to help keep our operations running smoothly. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, tech-savvy, and capable of executing on many avenues quickly and efficiently. AI mastery is highly encouraged to assist in optimizing tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily administrative tasks, including scheduling, email/phone communication, and file organization.
- Process weekly payroll and billing using Gusto and Google Sheets.
- Handle bookkeeping tasks such as invoicing, expense tracking, and filing taxes.
- Maintain accurate records of client accounts, vendor information, and internal documentation.
- Support marketing efforts by creating and scheduling 2 Instagram posts per week using provided photos and templates.
- Provide excellent customer service when communicating with vendors, clients, and employees.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred).
- 10+ years of experience as an Office Administrator, Administrative Assistant, or in a similar role-
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Google Sheets; experience with Gusto a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Professional, friendly, and reliable work style.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $25.00 - $50.00 per hour
