Key Responsibilities:
Oversee all aspects of nursing care and clinical services
Lead and support nursing staff in providing high-quality care
Ensure compliance with state, federal, and facility policies and regulations
Develop and implement nursing policies and procedures
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support resident care and satisfaction
Maintain accurate documentation and support survey readiness
Qualifications:
Current RN license in the state of Pennsylvania
Previous experience as a DON or ADON in long-term care required
Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
Knowledge of regulatory standards and quality assurance practices
