About Us
Children’s Therapy Connections (CTC) is a pediatric multidisciplinary outpatient clinic offering ABA, Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy, and Speech-Language Pathology services — all under one roof. Our clinicians don’t work in silos; they collaborate directly on shared cases, which means better outcomes for kids and a stronger support system for our team. We’re a neurodiversity-affirming, family-centered practice, and we’re growing.
The Role
We're looking for a compassionate, motivated, and knowledgeable Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) to join our team. The BCaBA will provide individualized ABA services under the supervision of a BCBA while working closely with RBTs, families, and our multidisciplinary therapy team. If you're passionate about supporting children and families through meaningful, individualized care, we'd love to hear from you.
What You'll Do:
- Provide individualized ABA services and implement evidence-based treatment plans under the supervision of a BCBA.
- Provide supervision, support, and feedback to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).
- Conduct competency assessments for RBTs as appropriate.
- Conduct direct therapy sessions and support the implementation of skill acquisition and behavior reduction programs.
- Collect, record, and analyze client data to monitor progress and support clinical decision-making.
- Communicate client progress, observations, and concerns to the supervising BCBA.
- Collaborate with families and caregivers through education, communication, and support.
- Collaborate with our OT, PT, and SLP teams on shared cases to provide integrated, whole-child care.
- Participate in staff meetings, parent meetings, trainings, supervision, and case consultations.
- Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation and session notes.
- Follow individualized treatment protocols, CTC policies, ethical standards, HIPAA requirements, and BACB guidelines.
What We're Looking For:
- Current BCaBA certification in good standing through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
- Bachelor's degree or higher in behavior analysis, psychology, education, or a related field, as applicable to BACB requirements.
- Experience working with children with autism and/or developmental disabilities preferred.
- Experience providing ABA services.
- Familiarity with evidence-based ABA practices, including verbal behavior, functional communication training, natural environment teaching, discrete trial training, and behavior reduction strategies.
- Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with caregivers, RBTs, BCBAs, and multidisciplinary therapy providers.
- Ability to follow individualized treatment plans and clinical direction.
- A passion for family-centered, neurodiversity-affirming care and interdisciplinary teamwork.
- Reliable and professional, with a genuine interest in working with children and families.
What We Offer:
- Competitive compensation, commensurate with experience.
- Supportive and collaborative pediatric therapy environment.
- A true multidisciplinary team environment with regular collaboration across ABA, OT, PT, and SLP.
- Ongoing professional development, training, and mentorship opportunities.
- Opportunities for professional growth within a growing therapy organization.
- Meaningful work supporting children in reaching individualized developmental and behavioral goals.
