Responsibilities:
- Clean and service guest rooms and common areas to brand standards
- Change bed linens and make beds
- Replenish guest room supplies such as towels, toiletries, and amenities
- Vacuum, dust, and polish furniture and fixtures
- Clean bathrooms, including toilets, showers, and sinks
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management
- Ensure all cleaning equipment and supplies are properly stored and maintained
- Adhere to hotel policies regarding health and safety, confidentiality, and guest service
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous housekeeping experience is a plus but not required
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work both independently and contribute as part of a team
- Reliable, punctual, and flexible to work weekends and holidays
- Ability to follow instructions and adhere to hotel policies and procedures
- Weekend availability
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to reach, bend, kneel, stand, or walk for extended periods
- Ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds and push/pull up to 50 pounds as necessary
