Job Title: Registered Nurse – Med Surg

Shift: Nights 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM
Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours
Job Summary:
We're seeking an experienced Med Surg RN with strong charge nurse skills to provide high-quality care to a diverse patient population. You'll manage patient assignments, oversee unit flow, and deliver hands-on bedside care in a fast-paced medical-surgical unit. This is a facility-direct need with strict scheduling requirements — no block scheduling and no 48-hour guaranteed time off is available for this contract.
Requirements:
- Active New Hampshire RN license or compact license (must be uploaded with profile)
- Minimum 3+ years of current Med Surg experience required
- Charge nurse experience required
- EPIC EMR experience highly preferred
- Active AHA BLS certification required
- Active AHA ACLS certification required
Pay Details:
For Local Candidates pay rate: $66 to $70 /hr (If your permanent address is within 50 miles of the facility)
For Travelers/Stipend Candidates (If your permanent address is outside the 50-mile radius from the facility):
Blended Hourly Pay Rate (W2): $68.00
Weekly Pay Rate (W2): $2,448.00
Minimum Hourly W2 Pay Rate: $34.00
Minimum Hourly Stipend: $34.00
Min. W2 Weekly Gross (Taxable): $1,224.00
Weekly Stipend (Non-Taxable): $1,224.00
Blended Weekly Gross Pay Rate: $2,448.00
For Traveler 1099 Candidates:
Hourly Pay Rate (1099): $72.00
Weekly Pay Rate (1099): $2,592.00
