We are seeking a reliable, hardworking Warehouse Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist with receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping products while maintaining a safe and organized warehouse environment. This role requires attention to detail, efficiency, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Responsibilities
- Receive and inspect incoming shipments
- Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment
- Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently
- Organize inventory and maintain warehouse cleanliness
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts (if certified)
- Conduct inventory counts and report discrepancies
- Follow all company safety procedures and warehouse protocols
- Assist with general warehouse duties as assigned
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Previous warehouse or distribution experience preferred but not required
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Dependable attendance and punctuality
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Forklift certification is a plus
