Job description
Looking for maintenance personnel with experience with turn key homes/apts, replacing toilets, light bulbs, windows, general residential maintenance
The scheduled to work from 8:00 am – 6:00 pm Mon.-Thurs., and 8:00 a.m.-12:00 noon Friday.
All applicants must have a driver’s license, ( must have own transportation) completed background check, and drug test. Additionally, must complete maintenance assessment. PLEASE NOTE PAY IS BASED ON EXPERIENCE.

Education:
- High school or equivalent (Required)
Experience:
- building or apartment maintenance: 3+ years (Required)
- advance maintenance: 2 years (Required)
- HVAC: 3 years (Required)
- small power tools: 3 years (Required)

Work Location: In person
Hours for this position are Monday through Thursday 8am-6pm and Friday 8am- 12pm. Some overtime may be required. 24/7 on-call duty is required
