Job Description
Pro Edge Roofing Co. is a rapidly growing roofing and exterior restoration company based in West Chester, PA. We are expanding our insurance restoration division and are looking for a motivated, self-driven Insurance Claims Representative to join our team.
This position is ideal for someone with experience in insurance restoration, estimating, and sales who enjoys working independently, meeting homeowners, and helping insurance claims move from inspection through approval and project completion.
You will be provided with company-generated insurance claims and will be responsible for managing them through the inspection and sales process.
This is a full-time, commission-only position with significant earning potential for someone who is organized, motivated, and capable of managing multiple appointments each day.
Responsibilities
- Contact homeowners to schedule property inspections
- Manage your daily schedule and appointments
- Perform detailed roof and exterior inspections
- Take comprehensive inspection photos and documentation
- Generate professional estimates using Xactimate
- Create roof measurements using Hover
- Submit estimates and required documentation to insurance companies
- Communicate with adjusters throughout the approval process
- Negotiate supplements and scope approvals when necessary
- Educate homeowners on the insurance restoration process
- Build trust with homeowners and earn signed contracts
- Maintain accurate job documentation and follow-up communication
- Represent Pro Edge Roofing Co. professionally in the field
Typical Schedule
- Full-time
- Approximately 2–3 appointments per day
- Combination of field inspections, estimating, and administrative follow-up
- Flexible schedule with significant independence
QualificationsRequired
- Previous sales experience
- Experience writing estimates in Xactimate
- Experience using Hover
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently without daily supervision
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Comfortable climbing ladders and inspecting roofs
Preferred
- Roofing or exterior construction experience
- Insurance restoration experience
- Experience working directly with insurance adjusters
- Knowledge of residential roofing systems and exterior building products

Work Location
Field-based throughout Southeastern Pennsylvania and surrounding service areas.
License/Certification
- Valid Driver's License (Required)
Experience
- Xactimate: 1+ year preferred
- Hover: 1+ year preferred
- Roofing or Insurance Restoration: 2+ years preferred
- Sales: 2+ years preferred
Pay: $80,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
