Overview

Duties
- Develop and implement high-quality software applications using programming languages such as Java, C#, Python, Ruby on Rails, and JavaScript frameworks like React and Express.
- Design system architectures with a focus on scalability, reliability, and performance, utilizing microservices and RESTful APIs to facilitate seamless integration across platforms.
- Collaborate within Agile teams to plan, develop, test, and deploy software solutions using CI/CD pipelines with tools like GitHub, Git, SVN, and Azure DevOps.
- Contribute to system design discussions by applying design patterns and best practices for software engineering to create maintainable and efficient codebases.
- Work with cloud infrastructure providers such as AWS and Azure to deploy and manage applications in cloud environments ensuring security through RBAC (Role-Based Access Control).
- Optimize database interactions with SQL-based systems like MySQL and MySQL-compatible databases while implementing effective data management strategies.
- Participate in code reviews, version control management, and documentation to uphold quality standards across all development activities.
Skills
- Strong proficiency in programming languages including Java, C#, Python, C++, VBA, and C.
- Extensive experience with web development frameworks such as React, Express.js, and other JavaScript frameworks.
- Deep understanding of IT infrastructure components including Linux environments, cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure), and network protocols like REST for API development.
- Knowledge of software design principles including design patterns, system design for system development, scalability strategies, microservices architecture, and RESTful API creation.
- Familiarity with Agile software development methodologies to promote iterative progress through sprint planning and daily stand-ups.
- Hands-on experience with version control systems such as GitHub, GitLab, SVN (Subversion), ensuring efficient collaboration across teams.
- Expertise in CI/CD pipelines for automated testing and deployment processes using tools like Jenkins or Azure DevOps.
- Understanding of security best practices including RBAC for access control within cloud environments.
- Ability to develop scalable systems that meet high performance standards while maintaining code quality through rigorous testing and documentation.
