Job Overview
We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Front Desk Manager to lead our front desk operations. In this vital role, you will be the first point of contact for patients and visitors, ensuring smooth check-in processes, exceptional guest services, and efficient communication across the practice. Your leadership will help foster a welcoming environment while managing daily administrative tasks with professionalism and enthusiasm.
Duties
- Oversee all front desk activities, including patient check-in and check-out procedures
- Greet patients and visitors warmly, providing outstanding customer service and guest relations
- Manage multi-line phone systems with professionalism, answering inquiries promptly and courteously
- Coordinate appointment scheduling, cancellations, and rescheduling to optimize clinic flow
- Maintain a clean, organized reception area that reflects a welcoming atmosphere
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and insurance documentation and more.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel management, with a focus on guest services and customer relations
- Bilingual or multilingual skills are highly desirable to serve diverse patient populations effectively
- Strong knowledge of front desk operations within a healthcare or resort environment
- Excellent phone etiquette and proficiency with multi-line phone systems
- Prior experience in pain management office or health care or hotel or hospitality industry preferred
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with a friendly, professional demeanor
