About the Role
GableStone is ADG's new, dedicated countertop fabrication and installation business. Our first location is launching in the greater Charlotte, North Carolina (Pineville) area, where we're building the entire team from the ground up. This is a major strategic growth initiative for ADG and Lowe's, and we're hiring approximately 50 associates between now and August 2026.
We are seeking an experienced Installation Manager to lead our countertop installation operations in the Charlotte market. This role is responsible for managing installation crews and subcontractors, scheduling work, ensuring quality standards are met, maintaining customer satisfaction, and driving installation performance.
You'll oversee installation operations from scheduling through project completion while providing hands-on leadership to installation crews, partnering with subcontractors, customers, and internal teams, and helping establish processes that support a growing operation.
What You'll Do

Lead installation operations and field execution.

Manage installer capacity and scheduling.

Ensure quality, safety, and compliance standards are met.

Support customer issue resolution.

Develop strong relationships with installation contractors.

Monitor installation performance and drive continuous improvement.

Assign installation crews based on capacity, geography, and project requirements.

Provide coaching, performance feedback, and direction to installation crews and subcontractors.

Partner with internal operations teams to ensure successful project execution and exceptional customer service.
Requirements:
What We're Looking For

5+ years of installation, construction, or field operations experience.

Leadership experience managing installers, crews, or subcontractors.

Strong scheduling and project coordination skills.

Valid driver's license.

Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with installers, customers, and internal partners.
Preferred
-
Experience in countertops, cabinetry, flooring, millwork, or related trades.

Experience using Moraware, Job Well Done, or similar business management software.

Experience supporting Lowe's, Home Depot, or other home improvement retailers.

Experience with Lean, continuous improvement, or process improvement initiatives.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
