We are looking for a full time Front Desk Supervisor to provide leadership to our front desk team. The job duties include:
- Management of day-to-day functions of the front desk team in effort to achieve optimal patient flow and scheduling.
- Manage workflow of scheduling, check-in, and check-out processes to ensure timely and accurate completion of tasks.
- Ensure telephones are answered in timely and courteous manner and patient needs are appropriately addressed by front desk staff.
- Manage new hire onboarding process.
- Maintain and update physician appointment templates.
- Manage performance of front desk staff, including performance evaluations and disciplinary action.
- Create and maintain front desk staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage at all times.
- Foster a healthy team environment and promote organization’s core values.
- Write, implement, and maintain policies and procedures related to front desk responsibilities.
- Meet one-on-one with front desk staff on regular basis to mentor and review progress and goals.
- Coordinate and lead monthly front desk staff meetings.
- Assist with development, implementation, and progress of front desk team KPIs.
- Ensure front desk compliance with HIPAA and other compliance matters.
- Work in collaboration with clinical supervisors and directors to ensure a healthy and exceptional team experience.
