Position Type: Full Time, Hybrid - will be required to report to our office in Colchester, VT
What You'll Do:
- Be the trusted point of contact for customers via phone and email, responding promptly and professionally to inquiries and resolving issues end-to-end.
- Diagnose and resolve customer complaints by gathering the right information, coordinating with internal teams, and seeing issues through to a successful outcome.
- Act as a bridge between customers and internal departments, ensuring the right people are involved at the right time.
- Maintain detailed, accurate records of interactions, transactions, and resolutions to support continuous improvement and team accountability.
- Follow up proactively on open cases to ensure customers feel supported throughout the entire resolution process.
What You Bring:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Sharp analytical and problem-solving abilities
- High attention to detail with a commitment to data accuracy and confidentiality
- Ability to manage multiple priorities calmly under pressure
- College degree preferred but not required
- Knowledge of the distribution industry is a plus!

Compensation: $23.00 - $28.00/hour (Level 1)
Compensation is based on a variety of factors including skills, experience, and industry background. The range listed here represents our best faith estimate for the role.
