JO Logistic & Hauling is a fast-growing transportation and logistics company dedicated to providing dependable, timely, and secure freight solutions. We are looking for a reliable and motivated Loader to become part of our full-time warehouse and operations team. This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy physical work, have a strong work ethic, and can perform efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Load and unload freight, shipments, and materials from trucks, trailers, and containers
- Move, arrange, and stack products safely within warehouse and loading areas
- Properly secure cargo to minimize damage and ensure safe transportation
- Check incoming and outgoing shipments for accuracy, damages, and correct labeling
- Use warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, hand trucks, and dollies safely and effectively
- Support drivers and warehouse staff with shipment preparation and staging
- Keep warehouse spaces clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards
- Adhere to all company procedures and OSHA safety regulations
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in loading, warehouse operations, or a related role is a plus
- Ability to frequently lift and transport items weighing 50–75 lbs
- Comfortable performing physical tasks including standing, bending, and lifting throughout shifts
- Strong focus on safety, accuracy, and attention to detail
- Dependable, punctual, and able to work effectively in a team setting
- Flexible schedule availability when required
