Meta Ads Manager (Part-Time, Hybrid-Remote)
Limitless Theory is looking for a part-time Meta Ads Manager to help generate qualified leads for:
- Online Blueprint Coaching
- In-Person Training
- Sports Medicine Bodywork/Recovery
This is a lean, fast-moving fitness and performance brand focused on helping busy parents and professionals build muscle, lose fat, move better, and feel athletic again.
We are NOT looking for a giant agency.
We want someone organized, proactive, and performance-driven who can help improve and scale lead generation systems over time.
Role Responsibilities
- Build, manage, and optimize Meta ad campaigns
- Help improve ad targeting, lead quality, and conversions
- Assist with:
- landing pages
- funnel strategy
- campaign organization
- lead flow optimization
- Work alongside our GHL systems/workflows
- Advise on ad creative and content direction
- Track campaign performance and communicate results clearly
- Explore/testing opportunities with Google or LinkedIn ads over time
Qualifications
- Experience running Meta ads for lead generation
- Understanding of:
- CPL
- conversion rates
- ad optimization
- retargeting
- Organized and good communicator
- Able to work independently without constant oversight
- Familiar with Go High Level
- Fitness/wellness marketing experience is a plus
