A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist is needed to provide telespeech and teletherapy services for a school district in Harvey, LA. This contract runs from August 3, 2026, through May 27, 2027, with a 35-hour workweek consisting of seven-hour days plus a 30-minute unpaid lunch.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech-language pathology services via teletherapy to students assigned within the district.
- Collaborate with school personnel to assess and support students' communication needs.
- Maintain accurate documentation of services and student progress.
- Complete required district paperwork for human resources.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders.
- Active state license in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Certification from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (CCC-SLP).
- Experience or willingness to conduct teletherapy services in a school setting.
Additional Information:
- Caseload and specific age groups served will be determined prior to placement.
