Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with electrical installations and maintenance
- Follow safety protocols and regulations on job sites
- Collaborate with team members to ensure project success
- Install and repair electrical equipment and fixtures
- Install various types of raceways and cable tray systems
- You will work in all phases of underground construction including but not limited to: Loading, driving, digging, trenching installing conduit, and pulling wire
- Adhere to all safety codes
- Perform daily inspections of vehicles and equipment
- You will hand dig using a shovel and/or mechanical tools
Requirements
- No formal education required
- Valid driver’s license required
- Ability to work extended hours, including overtime and weekends, as needed
- Ability to travel weekly as required by project demands
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail
- Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 100 lbs, with or without assistance
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions, including extreme heat, cold, rain, wind, and dust
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, kneel, squat, climb, and balance for extended periods
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including trenching, digging, shoveling, hand excavation, and working in confined spaces
- Ability to maintain company vehicle, tools, and equipment in a clean and orderly condition
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $19.50 per hour
