- Manage retail interior construction projects from award to completion.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and procurement plans.
- Coordinate subcontractors, architects, consultants, landlords, and client stakeholders.
- Lead project meetings and provide regular progress updates.
- Review and manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation.
- Monitor project financials and ensure profitability objectives are met.
- Conduct site visits to ensure quality, safety, and schedule compliance.
- Identify and mitigate project risks while maintaining client satisfaction.
- Oversee project closeout, punch lists, and turnover packages.
