Qualifications
1. Have a valid driver's license.
2. Lift up to 50 pounds
3. Work from ladders, lifts, forklift cages, high places.
4. Climb stairs.
5. Experience in working with tools and maintaining machine shop, welding, metal fabrication, and construction.
6. Stand or walk for long periods of time.
7. Stand, walk, sit, bend, reach, stoop, kneel, crouch, and crawl, confined space entry.
8. Technology savvy – Microsoft office, tablet use and maintenance management system apps.
Responsibilities
- Perform general maintenance using basic skills in carpentry, plumbing, and painting.
- Operate and maintain tools used in the maintenance and repair of building facilities.
- Ensures that facilities are available for use and consistently maintained in a safe and clean condition.
- Post maintenance activity site cleanup and signoff communication for safety and food safety compliance.
- Assembles, repairs, maintains, and moves furniture, such as desks, cabinets, tables, chairs, shelves, lighting, machine parts, and related fittings and fixtures.
- Performs scheduled preventive maintenance, and site inspections.
- Inspects facilities and grounds for safety and security; identifies and reports hazardous conditions to supervisor.
- Follows safe working practices and makes appropriate use of related safety equipment as required.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Facility site activities snow removal, drainage, and parking lot maintenance.

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
