The Account Manager will be responsible for managing key customer relationships within the railway industry, with a focus on wheelsets, wheels, axles and wheelset servicing. This role involves both commercial and technical coordination, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction while identifying opportunities for growth.
· Manage and develop relationships with an established portfolio of rail customers (operators, OEMs, maintenance providers)
· Serve as the primary point of contact for all commercial and technical matters
· Promote products and services related to wheelsets, wheels, axles and maintenance/overhaul
· Identify and drive opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and long-term contracts
· Prepare quotations, negotiate contracts, and follow up on orders
· Coordinate with sales, engineering, production, and service teams
· Support tenders and participate in customer meetings and site visits
· Monitor market trends and customer requirements within the rail industry
· Bachelor’s degree in business or economics
· 2–5+ years in sales, experience in B2B sales or account management, ideally within the railway or heavy industrial sector
· Knowledge of railway components (wheelsets, bogies, braking systems, or similar) is highly preferred
· Strong communication and negotiation skills
· Ability to manage technical and commercial topics simultaneously
· Self-driven, structured, and customer-oriented mindset
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team
· Willingness to travel within North America

**Hybrid in office and on the road travel position, must be able to travel throughout the US and Canada.
Pay: $80,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
