Job Overview
MobileSight is seeking a dependable, detail-oriented entry level electronic bench technician to support the assembly, testing, troubleshooting, and servicing of our portable surveillance systems.
This is a project-based position with the potential for either part-time or full-time hours depending on project requirements, workload, and candidate availability. The role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on electronics work, takes pride in quality workmanship, and prefers a position where attention to detail and technical problem-solving are valued.
The successful candidate will work primarily at our Ridgefield, CT facility building and servicing specialized electronic systems. The position may also include occasional travel throughout the New York City metropolitan area for equipment deliveries, customer pickups, and basic field support.
MobileSight is a small engineering and manufacturing environment where attention to detail, organization, and quality workmanship are important.
This role involves hands-on work with electronics, computers, networking equipment, cameras, and mechanical assemblies. The ideal candidate is someone who works carefully, follows procedures, maintains accurate records, and approaches troubleshooting in a logical and methodical manner.
Our products require careful assembly and testing. We value people who take ownership of their work, identify issues early, and complete tasks correctly.
