Faith Pro LLC is a locally owned and growing property management company serving Northern Colorado. We're looking for an experienced Residential Leasing Agent to join our team.
If you enjoy building relationships, providing exceptional customer service, and helping people find their next home, we'd love to hear from you. You'll play an important role in supporting our residential property management team by guiding applicants through the leasing process, preparing lease documents, and delivering a professional experience for prospective and current residents.
What You'll Do
- Respond to rental inquiries by phone, email, and text.
- Answer questions from prospective residents about available properties.
- Process rental applications and communicate with applicants throughout the leasing process.
- Prepare lease agreements, lease renewals, and move-in documents.
- Coordinate move-in paperwork with approved applicants.
- Maintain accurate records in our property management software.
- Update rental listings and monitor property availability.
- Work closely with the property management team to help keep vacancies leased efficiently.
- Provide professional customer service to applicants, residents, property owners, and team members.
Qualifications
- At least 1 year of residential property management or leasing experience is required.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Detail-oriented with strong follow-through.
- Comfortable using computers and learning new software.
- Professional, dependable, and team-oriented.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Must successfully pass a pre-employment background check.
