Sales Associate
Position Overview
The Sales Associate is responsible for creating a welcoming, inclusive, and engaging shopping experience while supporting the daily operations and growth of the store. This role combines customer service and sales with social media, content creation, and representing the store on camera.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide friendly, personalized customer service and help customers find pieces that fit their style, needs, and budget.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor, fitting rooms, displays, and merchandise.
- Assist with receiving, tagging, organizing, pricing, and merchandising inventory.
- Operate the point-of-sale system, process purchases, and handle cash/card transactions accurately.
- Build customer relationships and encourage repeat visits and sales.
- Stay knowledgeable about current inventory, promotions, events, and store offerings.
- Assist with opening and closing procedures and general store operations.
- Support store events, vendor events, promotions, and special shopping experiences.
- Help create an inclusive and positive environment where customers feel confident and celebrated.
Social Media & Content Creation
- Participate in creating social media content for Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms.
- Be comfortable appearing on camera for reels, stories, try-ons, product features, promotional videos, and other content.
- Assist with modeling or styling merchandise for social media and promotional content.
- Help photograph and video new arrivals, displays, events, and behind-the-scenes moments.
- Contribute creative ideas for engaging, fun, and on-brand content.
- Engage with customers and followers through social media when requested.
- Represent the store’s brand, personality, and values both in person and online.
Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate enjoys fashion, styling, social media, and making people feel confident. Comfortability being on camera and participating in social media content is an important part of this position.
