Job Summary
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Restaurant Staff to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve food items in accordance with established recipes and standards.
- Operate Aloha POS or Micros POS systems for order entry and payment processing.
- Provide excellent customer service by taking orders, answering questions, and addressing guest concerns.
- Upsell menu items to enhance the dining experience and increase sales.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in all areas of the restaurant, including kitchen and dining spaces.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly.
- Assist with bussing tables, ensuring a clean and welcoming environment for guests.
- Follow food safety guidelines to ensure the health and safety of all patrons.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery.
Experience
- Previous experience in a quick service or fast food restaurant is preferred.
- Culinary experience or background in the food industry is a plus.
- Familiarity with food handling practices and sanitation standards.
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Basic math skills for cash handling and retail math applications.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests.
