Job Overview
We are seeking reliable, detail-oriented, and hardworking Housekeepers to join our hotel team. Housekeepers are responsible for ensuring guest rooms and public areas are clean, comfortable, and welcoming for all guests. The ideal candidate takes pride in cleanliness, works efficiently, and provides excellent hospitality service.
Responsibilities
- Clean and maintain guest rooms and bathrooms according to hotel standards
- Change bed linens, replace towels, and restock guest amenities
- Vacuum, dust, mop, and sanitize assigned areas
- Remove trash and dirty linens from guest rooms and hallways
- Maintain cleanliness of public areas as assigned
- Report maintenance issues or damaged items promptly
- Follow all hotel safety and sanitation procedures
- Respond to guest requests in a professional and courteous manner
- Work efficiently to meet daily room quotas and productivity goals
Qualifications
- Previous housekeeping or hotel experience preferred but not required
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Must be dependable and punctual
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift during shifts
- Weekend and holiday availability required
