We are a well-established and consistently growing company servicing Ventura, Santa Barbara, San Diego, and San Jose. We are looking for full-time individuals at our office in the city of San Diego. This person will be a part of our call center operating as the first point of contact for our customers when scheduling service appointments.
At least 1 year of Customer Service experience is preferable.
Responsibilities:
- Answering inbound calls and placing outbound calls.
- Communicating with customers about their appointment times and delays.
- Positive phone presence and attitude.
- Team player who can work independently.
- Reliability / Good Attendance / Punctuality.
- Strong work ethic, initiative, and integrity.
- Deliver call scripts with an authentic cadence; be clear, compelling and personable.
- Must be able to talk & type on the computer at the same time.
- Schedule appointments for our customers in our dispatching software.
- Answer the phone with a smile in your voice.
Qualifications:
- Thrive under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Multitasking and attention to detail.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Bilingual is a Plus (English/Spanish).
- Ability to work in an office team environment.
