Discount Fence USA is a fast-growing fence company specializing in residential and commercial fencing solutions. We generate a high volume of inbound leads and are looking for a proven phone closer who can convert those opportunities into revenue.
Position Overview:
We are looking for a highly motivated, results-driven Phone Sales Closer who thrives on closing deals over the phone. You will be speaking with warm leads—customers who have already requested and been given a quote. Your job is simple: Call the customers who are more than 7 days old in our system that have not purchased a fence and CLOSE THE DEAL.
Responsibilities:
- Call and follow up with inbound leads
- Close deals over the phone (no door knocking)
- Build trust and guide customers through the buying process
- Overcome objections and create urgency
- Accurately document calls and sales in CRM
- Hit and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in phone sales or high-ticket closing
- Strong communication and persuasion skills
- Ability to handle objections and ask for the sale
- Competitive, self-motivated, and goal-oriented mindset
- Experience in home services (fencing, roofing, solar, etc.) is a plus
Compensation:
- 5 Percent commission of each job closed over the phone.
- Warm leads provided (no cold calling lists)
