Key Responsibilities
Deliver one-on-one nursing care in home care
Provide direct care to infants, children, and adolescents per physician orders
Perform assessments and document clinical notes accurately
Administer medications, treatments, and therapies
Educate and support patients and families on care and prevention
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for quality outcomes
Respond promptly to changes in condition and emergencies
Provide ventilator, trach, oxygen, feeding tube, catheter, and ostomy care
Accompany and support pediatric patients in school for one-on-one nursing care
Qualifications
Graduate of an accredited RN program
Active New York State RN license (required)
Current CPR certification
Minimum 2 years pediatric nursing experience (acute/critical care required; home care/school nurse experience preferred)
Strong clinical knowledge and ability to provide compassionate, family-focused care
