- Prepare and serve meals with precision, demonstrating excellent knife skills and culinary techniques
- Handle food safely by following proper food handling procedures and sanitation standards
- Support dietary department operations by organizing ingredients, stocking supplies, and maintaining cleanliness in kitchen areas
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food service and quality presentation
Skills
- Strong knowledge of menu planning, food preparation, cooking techniques, and food safety protocols
- Skilled in food handling, meal preparation,
