Concrete Finishing Carpenter Details:

Build, install, brace, and strip concrete forms for foundations, walls, slabs, sidewalks, curbs, and other structures.
Read and interpret blueprints, construction drawings, and project specifications. Measure, cut, and assemble wood, metal, or other formwork materials.
Place, spread, level, and finish concrete using hand and power tools.
Perform concrete finishing techniques including screeding, floating, edging, troweling, and broom finishing. Install anchor bolts, embeds, rebar supports, and other concrete-related components.
Ensure proper alignment, grade, and dimensions of all formwork and concrete placements.

Concrete Finishing Carpenter Qualifications:

Minimum 2 years of concrete forming and finishing experience.
Ability to read construction plans and use measuring tools accurately. Knowledge of concrete placement, finishing techniques, and formwork systems.
Ability to safely operate hand tools, power tools, and construction equipment. Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship.
Reliable transportation and regular attendance.
Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
