About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated Process Engineer to drive operational excellence and optimize our production workflows. You will play a vital role in enhancing manufacturing efficiency, supporting new product launches, and leveraging ERP systems to ensure data-driven decision-making across the facility.
Responsibilities-
Spearhead continuous improvement initiatives to boost throughput, minimize waste, and elevate overall product quality.

Serve as a technical resource on the shop floor to troubleshoot complex manufacturing challenges and implement sustainable corrective actions.

Partner with cross-functional teams to manage the lifecycle of new product development, from initial feasibility studies to full-scale production trials.

Maintain and optimize ERP and MES data integrity, including BOMs and routings, to ensure precise production scheduling and inventory control.

Lead capital equipment projects, overseeing everything from initial specifications and procurement to final installation and validation.

Analyze key performance indicators and production trends to provide actionable insights that support strategic business objectives.
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering.

Proven experience applying Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma methodologies in a production setting.

Strong proficiency with ERP systems for production data management.

Demonstrated ability to manage technical projects and lead cross-functional teams.

Hands-on mindset with a focus on shop-floor problem solving.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Prior experience within the rubber, urethane, or polymer molding industry.

Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification.

Advanced knowledge of statistical process control (SPC) and material science.

Experience with equipment validation protocols and regulatory compliance standards.
