Property Maintenance Technician (Experienced)

Keystone Management is seeking an experienced Property Maintenance Technician to join our growing team in Greenville, NC. We manage 10+ properties with over 2,000 units, offering strong stability and clear opportunities for career advancement.
Position Overview
The ideal candidate is a skilled, dependable professional with hands-on experience in general property maintenance and a strong commitment to quality work and customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs across multiple properties
- Troubleshoot and repair issues related to plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry
- Respond promptly and professionally to maintenance requests from tenants and vendors
- Maintain a high standard of safety and workmanship
- Participate in an on-call rotation, including 24-hour emergency response as needed
Qualifications
- Proven experience in property maintenance, carpentry, HVAC, electrical, and plumbing
- EPA certification is a plus
- Valid driver’s license required
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable, professional, and detail-oriented
Compensation & Benefits
- Pay: $22–$24/hour (based on experience)
