Champney’s Restaurant & Tavern at the Deerfield Inn – Deerfield, MA
Join our team at Champney’s Restaurant & Tavern, part of the historic Deerfield Inn in the heart of Old Deerfield. We’re looking for friendly, reliable Bartenders and Servers who take pride in great service and enjoy creating memorable guest experiences.
Responsibilities:
- Greet guests and provide excellent food and beverage service
- Take and enter orders accurately; deliver food and drinks promptly
- Prepare and serve cocktails, beer, and wine (bartenders)
- Maintain clean and organized dining and bar areas
- Handle cash and POS transactions accurately
- Work as part of a team to ensure smooth service
- Follow all safety and alcohol service guidelines
Qualifications:
- Previous restaurant or bar experience preferred
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Positive attitude and professional appearance
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Must be 18+ (21+ for bartenders)
- TIPS or ServSafe certification a plus
