In addition to a highly competitive salary range of $48,000-$50,000 (commensurate with relevant professional experience in and out of Scouting), Old North State Council provides a comprehensive benefits package for the Senior District Executive role, including a company vehicle, private office, monthly business expense and meal allowance, cell phone/technology reimbursement, and a dedicated Zoom account for Scouting responsibilities.
