The ideal candidate will have a strong background in early childhood education and a commitment to fostering the development of young children. This role involves creating a safe, engaging, and stimulating learning atmosphere , lesson planning, etc.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that promote literacy education and childhood development.
- Manage classroom dynamics effectively to create a positive learning environment.
- Provide care and supervision for toddlers, ensuring their safety and well-being.
- Foster child welfare by promoting healthy social interactions among students.
- Assess children’s progress and adapt teaching strategies to meet individual needs.
- Communicate regularly with parents regarding their child's development and classroom activities.
- Collaborate with fellow educators to enhance the educational experience.
Experience
- Proven experience in early childhood education or related fields is essential.
- Familiarity with classroom management techniques and strategies for engaging young learners.
- Experience working in a private school setting is preferred but not mandatory.
- Background in literacy education.
