Crystal Image Cleaning, Inc. is currently seeking 4 dependable and experienced School Janitorial Technicians to join our growing team.
This position will begin in July, working a 1st Shift schedule Monday through Friday (start time to be determined) with shifts ranging from 6 to 8 hours per day.
Once school resumes, this position will transition to a 2nd Shift Schedule, Monday through Friday evening schedule (start time to be determined) with shifts ranging from 6 to 8 hours per day.
During the School Year, some weekend work may be required. (Hours may vary)
We are looking for motivated individuals who take pride in their work, can work independently, and have prior experience cleaning educational facilities.
Pay & Benefits
- Starting Pay based on Experience: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour

Requirements
- Previous janitorial experience in a school environment required
- Must have a valid driver's license
- Must have a reliable personal vehicle
- Must be willing to travel outside of the Freeport area for job locations
- Must be able to pass a criminal background check
- Must be able to pass fingerprinting requirements
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Dependable attendance and strong work ethic
- Must be willing to work occasional weekends as needed
Job Duties
- Clean and sanitize classrooms, offices, hallways, cafeterias, and restrooms
- Clean-up of Concession Areas, Seating Areas, Restrooms, and Trash after Home Games
- Sweep, vacuum, mop, and maintain floors
- Empty trash and recycling containers
- Restock restroom supplies
- Follow detailed cleaning specifications and school procedures
- Report maintenance concerns and supply needs
- Maintain a professional appearance and attitude while representing Crystal Image Cleaning
