Pay: $14.00/hour during onboarding → $16.00/hour after hiring paperwork is completed

What You'll Do
As a Direct Support Professional, you'll support adults with developmental and physical disabilities in a supported living home by:
- Assisting with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, hygiene, and mobility
- Preparing healthy meals and helping maintain a comfortable home environment
- Supporting medication administration according to care plans
- Monitoring health and reporting any concerns
- Encouraging independence while helping clients achieve their personal goals
- Taking clients t, recreational activities, and community outings
- Participating in fun activities and helping clients stay socially engaged
- Completing documentation and incident reports accurately
- Performing light housekeeping to maintain a safe and clean home
- Providing positive behavioral support when needed
- Completing other duties that help our clients succeed

Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Valid driver's license
- Reliable vehicle with full-coverage insurance
- Must pass a background check
- CPR, First Aid, and Food Handler certifications must be obtained within the first 30 days of employment
- Must be comfortable driving clients
Full-Time
- Sun 3:00-8:30 PM (house in Pleasant View)
- Mon 9 AM - 3 PM (day program in Ogden)
- Wed 9 AM - 3 PM (day program in Ogden)
- Saturday 10 AM - 8:30 PM (house in Pleasant View)
- Ability to pick up additional shifts each week if you would like
